Job summary

Sotalent is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for Engineering and Data Science teams. You will lead sourcing using AI-assisted workflows, advise hiring managers with market insights, and maintain high standards for candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

You will partner with leadership to calibrate candidate profiles, execute competency-based interviews, and optimize recruiting analytics to speed up hiring without compromising quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for Engineering or Data Science roles.
• Strong sourcing via digital channels and AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS; data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Engineering and Data Science roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to engage passive talent across channels.
