Job summary

Texas Children’s Hospital is seeking a Recruiting Operations Program Manager to lead the technology, processes, and analytics powering our recruiting function. This role owns the Talent Acquisition technology ecosystem, oversees recruiting systems, workflows, reporting, and continuous improvement across the organization.

You will partner with HR, IT, vendors, and business leaders to optimize recruiting tech, streamline processes, and deliver a seamless candidate experience while driving

Qualifications

• Experience administering applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR technology platforms, onboarding systems, and recruiting analytics tools.
• Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition operations, HR best practices, employment regulations, and recruiting technology.
• Experience leading technology implementations, process improvement initiatives, and change management efforts.
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition Technology: administer ATS and recruiting tech, manage configurations and integrations, oversee vendor relationships.
• Drive Projects & Operational Excellence: lead system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements, manage timelines and stakeholders.
• Deliver Data-Driven Insights: develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, ensure data integrity, provide actionable recommendations.
• Build Collaborative Partnerships: align with HR, IT, vendors, and leaders to drive adoption of recruiting tech.
