• Design, manage, and optimize end-to-end recruitment workflows, leveraging process improvement methodologies.
• Lead process improvement initiatives focused on scalability, automation, and simplification.
• Serve as a liaison between TA, Product and Engineering teams, employing project management frameworks.
• Leverage recruiting and operational data to identify trends, monitor performance, and develop actionable insights.
• Support the planning and execution of recruiting programs and technology implementations.
• Oversee the development and governance of process documentation, training materials, and self-serve knowledge resources.
• Partner with TA Programs team to translate business needs into clear design requirements.
• Coordinate with Talent Data & Analytics, Security and Legal on governance and risk assessments.
