Job summary

Afni, Inc. is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to develop and execute enterprise-wide recruiting strategies across multiple sites. You will lead a high-performing team, enhance candidate quality, and drive staffing outcomes to support Afni's business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• 8+ years of Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or HR experience with recruiting strategy.
• 5+ years leading recruiting teams in high-volume environments (call center/BPO preferred).
• Experience developing strategies across multiple units/locations.
• Experience using metrics and workforce data to improve hiring outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead process improvements and change management.
• Experience partnering with executives on workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies.
• Design cost-effective sourcing strategies to meet staffing targets.
• Lead high-volume hiring initiatives and improve candidate conversion and retention.
• Analyze recruiting funnel metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with leaders to align TA with organizational priorities.
• Collaborate with Marketing Communications on employment branding.
