Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a recruiting or talent acquisition team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of employer branding strategies and experience with tools like LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Experience using data and AI tools to inform hiring strategies and optimize recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of the recruiting team (3 Recruiters) and provide coaching.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with HR, hiring managers, and leaders to forecast talent needs and proactively build talent pipelines.
• Lead creation of an internal careers site and refine the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to strengthen employer brand.
• Conduct bi-weekly meetings with Executive Leaders to stay aligned on hiring priorities and talent pipeline needs.
• Provide weekly talent acquisition metrics and dashboards to track progress against hiring goals and identify trends.
• Leverage AI-driven tools to optimize sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement strategies.
• Own and manage relationships with external vendor partners, executive search, and staffing firms.
• Identify and recommend key industry conferences and events to build brand visibility and attract top talent.
