Job summary

NCIA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to build a strategic, organization-wide recruitment function. You will lead recruitment strategy, strengthen processes, and advise executives on workforce planning and hiring decisions.

You will stay connected to the work by directing priority searches, building sustainable pipelines, and partnering with communities and educational institutions to support staffing across roles and levels.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, organizational management, or related field or equivalent experience.
4+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience with full-cycle recruitment.
Experience leading or strengthening a TA function or hiring process.
Experience advising senior leaders on workforce needs and recruitment strategy.
Proven ability to develop sourcing strategies and pipelines across multiple levels.

Responsibilities

Translate workforce needs into a proactive talent acquisition strategy.
Advise executives on workforce planning, sourcing challenges, and hiring decisions.
Own and improve recruitment processes for consistency and velocity.
Build pipelines for leadership and high-volume roles through partnerships and creative sourcing.
