AFPM is seeking a Director, Human Resources to lead the HR department, shape policies, and drive talent and culture initiatives for the organization. The role coordinates recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compensation and compliance across AFPM’s teams.

The director will partner with executives to design programs that attract and retain top talent, ensure fair employment practices, and support a diverse, inclusive workplace. Hybrid work model with local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a management or executive HR role.
• 5+ years running an HR function or department.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic HR and talent management support to leaders and staff.
• Develop and improve HR programs for culture, engagement and compliance.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compensation and employee relations.
• Administer onboarding and benefits enrollment, and coordinate payroll communications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and AFPM policies.
• Act as Benefits Administrator and liaison with brokers and providers.
• Lead performance management and training initiatives across the organization.
• Manage off-boarding, COBRA, and data integrity in HR systems.
• Supervise HR staff and participate in the DEI Working Group.
