Zusammenfassung

Insight Global is seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition partner to own recruiting from intake through close and onboarding for a rural Arizona site. You will meet with engineering and operations leaders to understand workforce needs, source Principal or Civil Engineer roles, review skilled-trades applicants, and coach recruiters on requisitions.

The role is leadership-level but hands-on, supervising 2–3 TA resources, prioritizing recruiting, mentoring, and closing critical searches.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of experience with HS diploma.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience from intake to offer.
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, operations, skilled-trades, industrial or similarly difficult-to-fill positions.
• Previous experience operating in a lead, supervisory or senior recruiting capacity.
• Ability to lead, mentor and provide day-to-day direction to 2–3 recruiting/TA resources.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and ability to proactively build talent pipelines.
• Comfortable recruiting across engineering profiles such as Principal, Civil, Structural and related technical disciplines, as well as skilled trades and operational talent.
• Ability to partner with Site HR, hiring managers and business/operations leadership.
• Experience discussing relocation, housing, commuting and onsite expectations for rural environments.
• Experience using ATS and managing requisitions/candidate workflow.
• Strong Excel skills for candidate tracking and recruiting metrics.
• Experience developing or presenting recruiting metrics and reports to HR and leadership.
• Experience managing offers and candidate negotiations.

Aufgaben

• Own recruiting from intake through close and onboarding, including coaching recruiters on requisitions.
• Meet with engineering or operations leaders to understand workforce needs and translate them into sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain pipelines for technical, engineering, operations and skilled-trades roles.
• Oversee 2–3 TA resources, mentor the team, and ensure requisitions move forward.
• Personally carry and close critical searches and discuss relocation, housing, and onsite expectations with candidates.
• Manage ATS activity, screening, candidate tracking, offers, background checks and reporting.
• Partner with Site HR and hiring managers to deliver a professional candidate experience.
