Job summary

The Mosaic Company in Tampa, FL is seeking a Talent and Organizational Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment, contribute to talent acquisition programs, and help build diverse pipelines across regions and functions. You will leverage Workday, data analytics, and market insights to improve hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR strategy, or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Experience with ATS, CRM, and HRIS platforms; Workday preferred.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Insights and Workday.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and improve TA programs and initiatives.
• Ensure alignment across stakeholders and guide execution.
• Partner with TA managers and HR partners to implement TA strategies.
• Support data, reporting, analytics, and governance meetings.
• Assist with technology adoption and enhancements (Workday, AI tools).
