Job summary

Mosaic Health is seeking a strategic, data-driven Director of Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operations to lead the technology, analytics, recruiting marketing, and workflow improvements. Reporting to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, this role partners across HR, Marketing, IT, Finance, and business leaders to build a scalable, high-performing Talent Acquisition function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, or HR Operations with leadership.
• Experience leading Talent Acquisition strategy, operations, and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Strong expertise with Workday Recruiting, recruitment technology, analytics, and process improvement.
• Healthcare recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy and operating model.
• Lead initiatives to improve recruiting effectiveness, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Standardize recruiting processes, governance, and best practices across the organization.
• Drive automation, AI, and process optimization in recruiting.
• Serve as the business owner for Workday Recruiting and related TA technologies.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting to measure recruiting performance.
• Partner with Marketing to strengthen employer branding and campaigns.
• Lead TA Operations team and build strong partnerships with hiring leaders.
