Job summary

The Mosaic Company, headquartered in Tampa, Florida, seeks a Senior Manager, Talent Development to lead enterprise talent strategies and scalable programs. You will oversee leadership development, performance and succession planning, and analytics-driven improvements across regions.

You will collaborate with HR and business leaders to build a robust executive pipeline. Reporting to the VP of Talent & Culture, you will manage vendor partnerships, leverage Workday, and drive data-informed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.
• Master's degree in organizational development, analytics, or related fields preferred.
• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or HR with executive exposure.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and continuously improve employee and leadership development portfolios aligned with business strategy.
• Own enterprise succession planning and leadership development frameworks across levels.
• Provide data-driven insights on talent risks and calibration of talent data across functions.
• Lead vendor management and oversee budget planning for talent initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Partners to enable integrated talent solutions across regions.
