Mosaic Health in Concord, NC is seeking a strategic, data-driven Director of Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operations to lead technology, analytics, recruiting marketing, and operational excellence across the function.

You will partner with HR, Marketing, IT, Finance, and business leaders to optimize recruiting operations, implement AI-driven solutions, and provide workforce insights to fuel organizational growth and scalable performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, or HR Operations experience, including leadership.
• Experience leading Talent Acquisition strategy, operations, and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Strong expertise with Workday Recruiting, recruitment technology, analytics, and process improvement.
• Healthcare recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategy and operating model.
• Lead initiatives to improve recruiting effectiveness, scalability, and operations.
• Standardize recruiting processes across the organization.
• Drive automation, AI, and process optimization.
• Serve as owner for Workday Recruiting and related Talent Acquisition technologies.
• Lead system enhancements, reporting capabilities, and technology implementations with HRIS and IT.
• Evaluate and implement innovative recruiting technologies that improve efficiency and user experience.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting to measure recruiting performance and workforce insights.
• Provide market intelligence and data-driven recommendations for workforce planning.
• Partner with Marketing to strengthen employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
• Lead Talent Acquisition Operations team and build partnerships with hiring leaders.
