Job summary

Mosaic Health seeks a strategic, data-driven Talent Acquisition leader to oversee strategy, operations, analytics, and technology. Reporting to the VP of TA, you will optimize recruiting, leverage AI, and shape workforce planning across HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders.

You will drive governance, standardization, and efficiency while partnering with marketing and provider recruiting operations to enhance candidate and hiring manager experiences. Healthcare recruiting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, or HR Operations experience, with leadership exposure.
• Experience leading Talent Acquisition strategy, operations, and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Strong expertise with Workday Recruiting, recruitment technology, analytics, and process improvement.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects and influencing senior leaders.
• Healthcare recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with VP of TA to develop and execute TA strategy and operating model.
• Lead initiatives to improve recruiting effectiveness, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Standardize recruiting processes, governance, and best practices across the organization.
• Drive automation, AI, and process optimization to enhance efficiency.
• Oversee Workday Recruiting and related TA technologies; manage integrations and reporting.
