Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead a strategic, enterprise-wide transformation of our talent function in a remote capacity. You will shape multi-year TA strategy, partner with executives, and modernize our recruiting with AI, analytics, and technology, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience.

You will build pipelines, drive executive hires, leverage labor market intelligence, and elevate Mosaic’s employer brand, while coaching a team to become trusted talent advisors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar leadership role in talent acquisition.
• Experience in enterprise or healthcare recruiting and executive hiring.
• Strong analytics to influence business decisions.
• Experience with AI or automation in recruiting is preferred.
• Experience in regulated or complex healthcare environments.
