Job summary

The Mosaic Company, based in Tampa, Florida, seeks a Manager of Talent Management – Succession & Leadership Pipeline to lead succession planning and leadership development aligned with enterprise priorities.

You will collaborate with HRBPs and executives to design scalable programs, govern talent reviews, monitor pipeline health, and drive data-informed decisions across the organization in a role with a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or Related field.
• 7+ years in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or HR with executive exposure to development, succession planning, and strategic workforce planning.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise-wide talent programs; ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to lead programs and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and analytics-oriented tools (e.g., PowerBI).

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of succession planning processes for critical and leadership roles.
• Ensure governance, consistency, and data integrity across talent reviews.
• Monitor pipeline health, identify talent risks, and drive mitigation plans.
• Deploy leadership development frameworks aligned with enterprise competency models.
• Ensure leadership capability building programs support pipeline readiness and succession outcomes.
• Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to guide succession, readiness, and leadership pipeline strategies.
• Provide expert advice on talent risks, development priorities and internal mobility.
• Ensure alignment of succession and leadership pipeline practices with Talent Management, Workforce Planning, and Talent Acquisition.
• Continuously enhance tools, frameworks, and processes with best practices and market trends.
