The role leads TA operations, develops executive dashboards, and drives initiatives across technology, analytics, and recruitment marketing while partnering with business leaders to deliver a high-performing function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in talent acquisition or HR operations with leadership.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide TA strategy and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Talent Acquisition strategy and operating model.
• Lead initiatives to improve recruiting effectiveness, scalability, and efficiency.
• Standardize recruiting processes, governance, and best practices.
• Drive automation, AI, and process optimization across TA.
• Oversee Workday Recruiting and related TA technologies.
• Provide workforce insights through executive dashboards and reporting.
• Partner with Marketing on employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
• Lead TA Operations team and build cross-functional partnerships.
