First Horizon Bank is seeking a Talent Advisor in Memphis to partner with hiring leaders, drive full-cycle recruiting, and elevate hiring quality. You will conduct intake conversations, structured screenings, and data-informed decisions to align talent with business needs across diverse roles.

The role emphasizes skills-based hiring, digital fluency, and consistent selection practices, with opportunities to own a specialization area and contribute to team success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, career coaching, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment across diverse job families.
• Strong proficiency with ATS and HCM platforms for requisitions, workflows, reporting and compliance.
• Understanding of technical, digital, and behavioral competency evaluation.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders through consultative partnership.
• Strong analytical capability with ability to leverage hiring data to inform strategy.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and executive presence skills.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Talent Partnership: define role requirements and success profiles with hiring leaders.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and offers.
• Sourcing & Market Intelligence: build pipelines via LinkedIn, job boards, universities and niche channels.
• Skills-Based Hiring: use structured guides to evaluate and map skills to opportunities.
• Digital & Technical Proficiency: manage ATS/HCM systems and analytics to optimize processes.
• Specialization & Team Contribution: develop a defined specialty and share best practices.
