First Mid Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract and recruit talent across our footprint. You will source candidates, screen applicants, and collaborate with hiring managers to craft offers and onboard new hires.

You will develop a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs, manage postings across platforms, and maintain accurate ATS/HCM records. A Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in HR.
• Familiar with Indeed, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn recruitment platforms.
• Proficient with MS Office and Excel for reports.

Responsabilidades

• Source candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess skills and culture fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to obtain feedback and finalize offers.
• Prepare job offers and manage pre-employment screens and onboarding.
• Post jobs and maintain job descriptions across platforms.
• Track applicant status in ATS and HCM systems; ensure data accuracy.
• Run ad hoc reporting and maintain compliance with EEO and related laws.
