Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• 2–5 years in talent acquisition or related field.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across diverse job families.
• Proficiency with ATS and HCM platforms for requisitions and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage data for strategy.
• Excellent interpersonal and executive presence.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to define role requirements and success profiles.
• Lead structured intake discussions on technical competencies and behavioral expectations.
• Provide guidance on market conditions, compensation trends, and hiring strategy.
• Align recruiting with workforce planning priorities.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Conduct structured pre-screens evaluating capability, digital proficiency, soft skills, and role alignment.
• Present qualified candidates with data-informed assessments.
• Manage candidate experience from engagement to onboarding.
• Develop a defined specialty area to strengthen TA capability and share expertise.
• Demonstrate agility adapting to shifting business priorities.
