Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a motivated HR Executive – Recruitment to join our HR team and manage end-to-end hiring. You will source candidates, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, manage offers and onboarding, and track hiring progress.

The role requires 1–3 years of recruitment/HR experience, strong communication and interviewing skills, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment. Experience with LinkedIn, job portals, and ATS is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment/HR experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Proactive, organized, and target-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, or recruitment databases is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communication and follow-ups.
• Maintain candidate databases and talent pipelines.
• Support offer preparation and onboarding.
• Track recruitment progress and prepare hiring reports.
• Support other HR activities when required.
• Handle MOM-related applications, submissions, and processes.
• Assist with insurance policy renewal and related documentation.
• Support monthly payroll processing and CPF submissions.
• Follow up on employee insurance claims and liaise with relevant parties.
