Mobycap, a growing financial services firm in Austin, seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our internal recruitment lifecycle across sales, finance, operations, and technology. You will partner with hiring managers and executives to understand needs and develop effective sourcing and interview strategies.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting, a proven track record of filling specialized roles, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven success recruiting specialized roles, including Finance & Accounting and Salesforce-related positions.
• Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and outreach.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience coordinating complex interview schedules and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Demonstrated success with onboarding, offer management, and maintaining high offer acceptance rates.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for permanent positions, from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct thorough candidate interviews and evaluations to ensure quality hiring decisions.
• Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Complete reference checks and manage pre-employment processes.
• Create and maintain job descriptions, employment offers, and employment contracts.
• Lead onboarding activities to ensure successful new hire integration.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and consistently achieve or exceed hiring KPIs.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
