SBT Global is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and evaluate candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

You will manage full-cycle recruitment, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, maintain the ATS, and build strong relationships to meet staffing needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
