Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume recruiting across multiple disciplines and locations in Phoenix. You will partner with hiring managers and HR to ensure timely staffing for critical vacancies, while maintaining compliance with employment laws.

You will review applications, conduct phone screenings, coordinate background checks, extend offers, and help manage a broad pipeline across 20+ postings and 30+ requisitions with multiple site

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: High School diploma or GED with 6+ years in Talent Acquisition/HR, or Bachelor’s with 3+ years in Talent Acquisition/HR.
• Knowledge of employment law principles related to recruiting and hiring.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
• Proficient in technology and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Review applications to confirm candidates meet minimum qualifications.
• Conduct phone screenings and manage candidate assessments.
• Initiate background checks, prepare pay models, and extend offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align candidate pipelines with needs.
• Coordinate with HR Generalists across sites to support 30+ vacancies.
