Nox Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume construction staffing across multiple markets. You will build pipelines, partner with field leadership, and manage the full recruiting lifecycle for electricians, journeymen, apprentices, laborers, foremen, and other skilled trades.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, sourcing through job boards, unions, and schools, and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

Must have strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Experience handling high-volume requisitions across multiple projects.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume skilled trades and construction field positions.
Recruit and hire electricians, journeymen, apprentices, laborers, foremen, supervisors, and other craft professionals.
Partner with field operations leaders, project managers, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
Build and maintain active pipelines across multiple geographic markets.
Source candidates via job boards, trade schools, unions, referrals, social media, and industry networking.
Coordinate interviews, events, and campaigns to support staffing needs.
