Job summary

Phoenix Logistics LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support employer branding, recruitment, onboarding, and retention across the organization. The role reports to the VP/Director of HR and collaborates with HR and hiring managers.

This full-time, onsite position requires regular in-person attendance at the Phoenix Defense location and involves sourcing diverse talent for technical, manufacturing, engineering, and corporate roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years recruiting experience; high volume recruiting experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong administrative, planning and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive Phoenix Defense employer branding and candidate attraction.
• Full lifecycle recruiting and onboarding for technical, manufacturing, engineering, and corporate roles.
• Define required skills with hiring managers for current and future positions.
• Facilitate interviews and feedback processes to elevate screening.
• Coordinate New Employee Orientation and onboarding resources.
