Job summary

TaskUs Outsourcing Philippines, Inc. seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Chandler, AZ to identify, attract and engage top talent across functions. You will partner with leaders, design fast sourcing strategies, and drive a high-touch candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll collaborate on employer branding, manage multiple roles, and optimize referrals and vendor relationships to strengthen our talent pipeline while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, marketing, psychology, or related field.
• 2+ years of recruitment sourcing experience in high-volume settings.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles with speed and precision.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the process.
• Excellent organizational and data management capabilities.
• Resilience, adaptability, and calm under tight hiring deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders to translate talent needs into sourcing strategies.
• Lead talent attraction through sourcing, branding, and marketing initiatives.
• Drive candidate engagement with high-touch outreach and experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in real time across systems.
• Support Employee Referral Program and vendor management.
• Partner on external branding, events, and campaigns to strengthen pipelines.
• Respond quickly to shifting hiring needs while maintaining quality.
