Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting; experience recruiting Commercial HVAC/Industrial Service Technicians desirable.
• Strong sourcing ability and knowledge of direct sourcing strategies.
• Knowledge of selection methods; proficient with social media and job boards; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
• Partner with Hiring Leaders in key client groups to develop recruitment strategies and set expectations.
• Develop position profiles and job postings that are informative and eye-catching.
• Create and maintain job postings and ad campaigns across selected sites and platforms.
• Support pipeline building and candidate sourcing as needed.
• Screen applicants, review agency submissions, and conduct pre-screens.
• Submit qualified candidates to hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
• Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers and assist with in-person interviews.
• Conduct technical assessments and reference checks as needed.
• Manage offers in collaboration with hiring managers: prepare offer letters, negotiate, and track onboarding.
• Manage all candidate communications and follow-up to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.
