Job summary

Wheeler Staffing Partners seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for a six-month contract in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on delivery, professional services, and customer success, recruiting senior-level roles such as Solutions Architects and Delivery Directors.

The incumbent will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with executives, source passive candidates, conduct structured interviews, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focusing on Delivery, Professional Services and Customer Success.
• Experience recruiting for Solutions Architects, Delivery Managers, Delivery Directors and Implementation Consultants.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and hiring managers to define requirements and hiring strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Delivery, Professional Services, and Customer Success roles from sourcing to offer.
• Support additional hiring across Research & Development, Sales, Marketing, and Corporate functions.
• Partner with senior leadership to develop recruitment strategies and data-driven recommendations.
• Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Conduct screenings and competency-based interviews, coordinate assessments and immigration intake.
• Maintain ATS records and recruitment metrics including time-to-fill and pipeline diversity.
• Communicate the organization's culture and value proposition to candidates.
