Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Delivery, Professional Services, and Customer Success roles from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Support additional hiring across R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Corporate functions as priorities shift.
• Partner with senior leadership to define requirements and recruitment strategies; provide data-driven recommendations.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Conduct screenings and competency-based interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate technical and functional assessments, immigration intake, and offer negotiations.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Immigration on work authorization and sponsorship.

Position Overview

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for a six-month contract opportunity in Dallas, TX. This position will manage full-cycle recruitment primarily across Delivery, Professional Services, and Customer Success functions, supporting the hiring of Solutions Architects, Delivery Managers, Delivery Directors, and Implementation Consultants.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical and professional services recruiting experience, advanced sourcing capabilities, and the ability to partner effectively with senior executives and hiring managers. This role requires a proactive, results-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of the hiring process, and can adapt to changing business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Delivery, Professional Services, and Customer Success positions, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Support additional hiring needs across Research & Development, Sales, Marketing, and Corporate functions as business priorities evolve.
• Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, define hiring requirements, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized sourcing platforms, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct candidate screenings and structured, competency-based interviews to evaluate qualifications and organizational fit.
• Coordinate technical and functional assessments, immigration intake processes, and offer negotiations.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Immigration teams regarding work authorization, visa sponsorship, and offer requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, source quality, and pipeline diversity.
• Communicate the organization's culture, opportunities, and value proposition to prospective candidates.
• Provide a positive candidate experience while maintaining efficient hiring processes and consistent stakeholder communication.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on Delivery, Professional Services, and Customer Success functions.
• Proven experience recruiting for positions such as Solutions Architects, Implementation Consultants, Delivery Managers, and Delivery Directors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt to shifting hiring priorities.
• Experience partnering with and influencing senior-level executives and hiring managers.
• Advanced sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other specialized recruiting platforms.
• Strong knowledge of structured interviewing, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise applicant tracking systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for recruitment reporting and data analysis.
• Familiarity with immigration, visa sponsorship, and employment authorization processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience using Workday ATS.
• Familiarity with AI-powered sourcing and recruitment tools.
