Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with focus on Delivery, Professional Services, and Customer Success.
• Experience recruiting for Solutions Architects, Implementation Consultants, Delivery Managers, and Delivery Directors.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience partnering with senior-level executives and hiring managers.
• Advanced sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise ATS and data reporting in Excel/Sheets.
• Familiarity with immigration, visa sponsorship, and employment authorization processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Delivery, Professional Services, and Customer Success roles from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Support additional hiring across R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Corporate functions as priorities shift.
• Partner with senior leadership to define requirements and recruitment strategies; provide data-driven recommendations.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Conduct screenings and competency-based interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate technical and functional assessments, immigration intake, and offer negotiations.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Immigration on work authorization and sponsorship.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and track recruiting metrics.
