Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, phone interviews, and offer management.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with department heads to understand their team's specific hiring needs, define role requirements, and build targeted sourcing strategies.
• Talent Sourcing: Proactively source passive candidates through creative outreach on LinkedIn, niche job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Candidate Experience: Act as a positive brand ambassador, ensuring a clear, respectful, and engaging interview process for all applicants.
• Recruitment Marketing: Attend university career days, local job fairs, and industry networking events to expand company market visibility.
