Responsibilities include utilizing diverse sourcing channels, conducting interviews, and aligning candidate profiles with job requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or Labor Relations preferred.
• 2+ years of related recruiting experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through diverse channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals).
• Review applications, conduct interviews, assess qualifications against job requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to align on candidate profiles and recruitment strategies.
• Create compelling job postings and promote company culture to attract talent.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future openings.
• Ensure a smooth recruitment process with proper documentation and HR compliance.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing and reduce time-to-hire.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
• Ensure positive candidate experience regardless of outcome.
• Generate regular reports on recruitment progress and outcomes.
