Qcells is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in Cartersville, GA, on-site, to join our team and partner with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor on recruiting strategies for technical roles and corporate functions. You will manage full-cycle hiring from sourcing to interviews and onboarding, leveraging ATS/CRM tools and recruitment marketing to attract top engineering talent in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in direct talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience with ATS, CRM tools, and recruitment marketing platforms.
• Proven success sourcing passive tech/engineering candidates.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate metrics and hiring data.
• Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple requisitions.
• Clear, persuasive communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Baseline knowledge of employment laws and hiring regulations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor to build sourcing strategies.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Review resumes, perform phone screens, and evaluate candidates' qualifications.
• Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and onboard new hires.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities.
• Track recruiting metrics and optimize pipeline to meet deliverables.
• Represent Qcells in the market to strengthen employer branding.
• Stay updated on talent acquisition trends and employment laws.
