Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of HR or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Bilingual in Korean and English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor to build and execute tailored sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through diverse channels including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
• Oversee interview scheduling, maintain clear candidate communications, and guide onboarding for new hires.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities and team dynamics.
• Represent Qcells in the market to strengthen employer branding and candidate experience.
• Stay current on talent acquisition trends and relevant employment laws.
