P&E Constructors is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions across corporate, engineering, and skilled trades. This role partners with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire high-quality talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

The position requires 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting, experience with ATS, and the ability to build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting professional, technical, and skilled trades positions within construction or related industries preferred.
• Experience managing high-volume skilled trades recruiting in fast-paced project-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions across corporate, project management, engineering, field supervision, and skilled trades.
• Develop sourcing strategies leveraging industry networks, apprenticeship programs, and workforce partnerships.
• Partner with hiring managers to set recruiting strategies and timelines.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate the hiring process.
• Prepare and extend employment offers.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking and monitor metrics.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
• Support employer branding and recruiting events.
• Participate in workforce planning discussions.
• Assist with onboarding activities as needed.
