Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Recruiting; knowledge of OFCCP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting for temporary and full-time roles.
• Partner with leaders and hiring managers to identify talent needs.
• Source active and passive candidates and conduct pre-screens.
• Revise job descriptions and ads with HRBP as needed.
• Lead recruiting strategy meetings to define qualifications.
• Support interview and hiring process and keep candidates updated.
• Maintain relationships with hiring managers on current and future needs.
• Ensure OFCCP compliance and recruiting operations.
