DuraServ Corp is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles in Coppell, TX. You will build pipelines, actively source and engage passive candidates, and partner with hiring managers to drive timely, quality hires.

This on-site role emphasizes urgency, accuracy, and candidate experience across all stages. Qualified candidates will have 4+ years in full-cycle TA, experience with commission-based sales or technical roles, and proficient use of

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience — not partial-cycle; you've owned every step of the process
• Experience recruiting commission-based sales professionals
• Experience recruiting skilled trades, field service, or technical roles is strongly preferred
• Proficiency with ATS platforms; ADP Workforce Now experience is preferred
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume, multi-requisition workload with discipline and urgency

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles — from strategy to offer accepted
• Build pipelines and passive candidate networks before the req opens
• Source aggressively through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, trade schools, referrals, campus events, and direct outreach
• Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor and align expectations
• Close the right candidate before competitors and drive candidates to Day 1
