• Hold intake meetings with hiring managers to define needs, timelines, and ideal profiles.
• Develop and post job listings across platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed) to attract candidates.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure fit with requirements and values.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and managers.
• Provide regular status updates on pipelines and progress to leadership.
• Train leadership on interview techniques for consistent assessments.
