Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field required.
• Minimum of two years recruiting or generalist experience with recruitment responsibilities.
• Experience in higher education and recruiting for large organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist through full-cycle recruitment: posting, sourcing, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, interviewing candidates, background and reference checks; facilitate skills testing as needed.
• Assist designated campus areas with hiring of temporary employees.
• Assist hiring departments with determining selection criteria for new positions.
• Communicate with hiring managers/interview team to ensure preparedness throughout the interview process.
• Maintain ATS databases and recruitment metrics; run staffing reports.
• Represent the university at job fairs, campus visits, and outreach events.
• Draft offer letters and new hire packets for finalists.
