Job summary

Living Spaces is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in California to partner with leaders, teams and candidates, delivering a high-volume, multi-unit recruitment experience aligned with our culture and objectives.

You will own full-cycle recruiting, build talent pipelines, promote DEI initiatives, coordinate interviews and hiring events, and support staffing strategies while leveraging Workday/ATS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or HR or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of direct recruiting experience, preferably in logistics or retail.
• Solid knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS systems and Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple positions across units.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies.
• Develop sourcing pipelines and passive candidate networks.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding activities.
• Promote diversity, equity and inclusion in recruiting efforts.
• Maintain candidate experience and accurate records in the ATS/Workday.
