Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting for high-volume roles (sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, final selection)
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams
• Communicate duties, responsibilities, schedules, compensation, benefits, and career advancement to candidates
• Prepare and extend job offers; notify candidates of decisions including rejections
• Handle a high-volume workload with shifting priorities
• Maintain accurate candidate activity within the ATS
• Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipelines)
• Provide a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process
• Utilize diverse sourcing resources (social media, job boards, referrals, networking)
• Assist in advertising strategies to increase visibility
• Support internal transfers (screening, interviews, offers, workflows)
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal/external clients to meet staffing goals
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and profiles
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
