Job summary

Living Spaces Furniture in California is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with business leaders, team members, and candidates to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience and execute high-volume multi-unit recruiting strategies. The role also champions the company culture and inclusive talent practices.

The position involves managing full-cycle recruiting, building candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews and events, and partnering with managers to meet staffing goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or HR; four-year degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years direct recruiting experience, preferably in logistics or retail.
• Solid knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS systems; Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting for a variety of positions, partnering with hiring managers.
• Develop partnerships with department managers to support staffing strategies.
• Identify and implement sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines.
• Promote diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and track results.
• Create and manage digital job advertisements on job boards and social media.
• Coordinate external relationships with schools and organizations.
• Facilitate manager training on recruiting and hiring processes.
• Coordinate interviews and career fairs; handle scheduling and offers.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS; Workday experience a plus.
