LAZ Parking in Denver, CO is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for the Midwest markets, with 100% onsite work in Denver. You will partner with operations and HR leaders to build pipelines and manage requisitions across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field required; equivalent work experience considered.
• 1–2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or administrative experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to build relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned markets and business functions.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Source active and passive candidates via job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
• Post and manage job advertisements across multiple channels.
• Attend career fairs and hiring events to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with leaders; ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain job requisitions within the ATS and track hiring metrics.
