Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Regional Recruiting Manager to lead a multi-state recruiting team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The role oversees sourcing, compliance, and relationships with operations leaders across Colorado, Arizona, and Utah, with 20–30% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field with 2 years in a managerial role.
• 4 years of experience recruiting in a high-volume, full-life cycle environment.
• Recruiting certifications highly desired (AIRS CIR).
• Understanding of state hiring laws, OFCCP/FSLA compliance.
• Experience with ATS and talent management systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Recruiter activities in the Region and ensure high-volume recruitment processes are followed.
• Identify and screen adequate number of qualified candidates weekly.
• Utilize creative sourcing tactics and targeted recruiting (College, Diversity, Military).
• Coordinate with operations leaders and ensure iCIMS participation by hiring managers.
• Manage regional recruitment budget and client expectations.
