Job summary

Propeller in Denver is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead high-volume hiring for our Go-To-Market teams. Working in-office at least 3 days a week, you will partner with hiring managers to drive full-cycle recruitment and optimize workflows using data-driven insights.

You'll manage ATS workflows, run pipeline analytics, and ensure a candidate-first experience. The role requires 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting, strong stakeholder management, and a passion for applying AI

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Experience handling high-volume recruitment in KPI-driven environments.
• Strong ATS data management, pipeline analytics, and process troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management under pressure.
• Awareness of AI tools in talent acquisition and thoughtful application.
• GTM recruiting experience is a plus.
• Hands-on with basic automations or workflow agents is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-volume hiring for Go-To-Market teams.
• Partner with hiring managers to drive accountability and manage expectations.
• Optimize recruitment tooling and data flows (ATS workflows, pipeline analytics).
