Job summary

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. The role leads full-cycle recruitment, develops strategic sourcing pipelines, and influences hiring decisions to deliver top talent in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 12 months full-cycle recruiting experience; warehouse/logistics experience a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to perform essential physical functions in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing - Build pipelines via job boards, networking, social media, events.
• Screening & Selection - Conduct interviews and present top candidates.
• Offer Management - Craft competitive offers and negotiate successfully.
• Compliance & Documentation - Ensure OFCCP-compliant job descriptions.
• ATS Management - Maintain applicant data and generate reports.
• Internal Mobility - Manage internal applications and coordinate interviews.
• Pre-Screening & Logistics - Coordinate background checks and relocations.
• Recruiting Expertise - Advise on sourcing strategies and best practices.
• Candidate & Manager Support - Deliver exceptional service to all parties.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle additional duties as assigned.
