Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support high-volume recruitment for the MA event team. The role involves on-site work at hosted job fairs, active sourcing, and collaborating with Operations to fulfill staffing needs.

You will help maintain recruitment dashboards and participate in the full cycle of hiring, from outreach to offer. This hands-on internship emphasizes teamwork and on-site engagement with candidates and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent time-management and accountability to deadlines.
• Team-oriented with ability to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Fuel the applicant pipeline by actively recruiting on Indeed, hosting job fairs, leveraging social media, and internal referral programs.
• Research and actively sources passive job seekers.
• Build relationships with Operations to understand business needs and objectives.
• Partner with Operations to ensure that new hires are pushed through the process accurately and timely.
• Accurately maintain dashboards and recruiting metrics, including open positions, new hires, interviews, etc.
• Other related duties as assigned.
