Job summary

RK is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Henderson, CO to manage a high volume of recruiting activity and own a targeted requisition load. You will build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and drive forward recruiting plans across multiple roles.

You will lead multi-channel strategies, coordinate with recruiters and leadership, and use data to inform decisions while maintaining urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in talent acquisition, recruiting, or recruiting strategy.
• Experience managing high-volume recruiting and multiple open requisitions.
• Strong program and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and lead without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of recruiting activity for a targeted requisition load.
• Develop and execute multi-channel recruitment strategies including events and outreach.
