Job summary

Q3 Contracting, Inc. in Denver, CO is seeking an HR Generalist focused on recruitment support. You will lead staffing efforts for the Gas Operations line, design interview processes, and partner with leadership to build strong talent pipelines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR/Business or 8 years of experience, plus 2+ years in HR. SHRM-CP/PHR preferred, with Spanish a plus. Reports to the HR Director and drives recruiting excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or related field or 8 years of equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years HR generalist/recruiting experience.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, mediation and investigations skills.
• Confidentiality and excellent written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes from sourcing to offers for all levels.
• Collaborate with VPs and managers to forecast hiring needs.
• Coordinate onboarding with Onboarding Specialists as needed.
• Develop interview processes and CORE questions for roles.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and reporting for HR leadership.
• Create job descriptions and advertise openings across channels.
