Job summary

Propeller is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead high-volume recruiting for our Go-To-Market teams in Denver. You will partner with hiring managers, optimize ATS pipelines, and drive data-driven hiring processes in a hybrid in-office setting (Denver, 3 days/week).

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience handling high-volume recruitment in KPI-driven environments.
  • Strong systems orientation with experience organizing ATS data, running hiring reports, and troubleshooting process gaps.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills under pressure.
  • Sharp opinions on how AI should/shouldn't be applied to talent acquisition.
  • GTM recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience building basic automations or workflow agents is a bonus.

Your Mission:

Join our Denver team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist leading high-volume hiring for our Go-To-Market organization. Working in-office at least 3 days a week, you'll partner with hiring managers to drive full-cycle recruitment, optimize hiring workflows using data-driven insights, and ensure a candidate-first experience at every stage.

The estimated salary range offered for this role is $73,000 - $83,000 per year. This range is tied to the market for this job in Colorado. Any salary offer extended will be based on skills, knowledge and experience.
